A beautiful light, clean, dry gin. Fresh and piney, traditional juniper comes to the fore before being tempered by warming citrus and the lightest touch of spice. PJ Gin Dry is designed to be experimented with, try it with different tonics until you find your favourite!

A very accessible light and sweet gin, lovingly handcrafted, incredibly aromatic and fruity, with a phenomenal explosion of apple flavour. After the green apple bursts onto the nose, it coats the palate with a crisp, fresh taste which fills the mouth and leads into a lasting finish.

PJ ELDERFLOWER GIN
Gloriously fresh and floral. Citrus tones cut through sweet elderflower for a smooth drink that goes down a little too easily! Lovingly handcrafted this gin is dominated by the perfumed elderflower on the nose. Fresh lemon kicks in to give PJ Gin Elderflower a delicious, unique flavour.

PJ RASPBERRY GIN
Amazingly fruity, with dry gin perfectly balanced by the sweet, summery raspberry bursting through. Lovingly handcrafted, this is a beautifully aromatic gin. Gorgeously tart raspberry explodes onto the nose, developing into a sweeter, almost jam-like raspberry on the palate, with a long finish full of flavour.
